In the rush to get projects completed, many details are either never fully considered or the projects lack proper funding; therefore, inadequate systems and services are typically chosen. Very few organizations have budgets for qualified A/V Technicians, much less those that understand system installation. It is hard enough to have volunteers show up and run a properly installed system on a regular basis - your people need support and guidance.

What is more important than people being able to hear your message, whether it be in a ballroom, boardroom, or a sanctuary? Is your system fully audible to every seat and every person in the room? Is there a balance between the music and the spoken voice, or is the music too loud and the spoken voice not heard well enough or vice-versa? Are the hearing impaired provided for and able to hear?
