Professional Sound Reinforcement

EASE Modelling Before we install a sound system, we know that it will be perfect - and we can prove it!

Professional Sound Reinforcement via Computer Modeling (EASE):

DIRECT COMMUNICATION:
First thing we do is to get to know you and your company to find out what your needs are and how you plan on using the space being considered. We discuss some of the options that are available and begin to hone in on the direction we will take in order to create a design that meets not only current needs, but will serve as building blocks for the future.

STUDY PHYSICAL SPACE:
Next, we proceed to examine your facility to see what we have to work with as far as existing equipment and physical dimensions.

WIRE FRAME:
Once back in our office, we enter the dimensions in the computer to create a wire frame structure in EASE, an acoustic modeling program in which structures with real acoustic properties can be simulated.

SPEAKER PLACEMENT:
Loudspeakers are placed based on subjective and objective limitations and requirements, and a Mapping Module is opened to show coverage from the speakers. At this time one or all speakers may be 'turned on' and the room examined in different views. Measurements that can be simulated include (but not limited to) SPL, reverb time, and intelligibility. The example on the following page documents an actual installation.
